1) . Pay $99 to become a Tomtop VIP Member, which is valid for one year.(Join us before 30th July 2018 and get free one-year membership extension).

At present, it is not supported to cancel the membership actively.When the membership period ends, the system will automatically cancel the membership benefits.

30 days before the member expiration date,The system will notify the VIP member to renew by email.

Members can purchase VIP multiple times for renewal (If you successfully purchase a VIP, the system will automatically renew for one year).

1) . If the member is renewed within 30 days after the expiration date, the new membership period will be calculated from the original extension date;

2) . If the member is renewed beyond the 30-day expiration date, the new membership period is calculated based on the date of successful payment.

After the items are shipped for 30 days (inclusive), the system will automatically accumulate the earnings to the available balance.

Old members will receive a bonus on the same day.

1）. Membership benefits will no longer be available.

2）. After the member expires, the account will be kept for 30 days, and the commission generated by the new order will be settled normally.

3）. If the renewal is completed within 30 days(inclusive), after the VIP member expires, the commission generated by the new order will be settled normally.

4）. If the renewal is over 30 days, after the VIP member expires, the commission generated by the new order will not be given, and the store data and the reseller will be cleared.

5）. After being cleared, the reseller can freely binding to the Seller. If it is not bound for 10 days, it will be automatically bound to the Top Account.

Submit your application by 17:00 on the XX and XX of each month. There are two chances to withdraw in one month.

After submitting the withdrawal request, the Withdrawal Amount will be transferred to your account within 3 working days. The specific arrival time of the bank may be affected by the bank gateway and there are differences. The specific arrival time is based on the actual arrival time of the bank.

Withdrawal needs to be submitted before 17:00 on the withdrawal date(Specified date).

1). If the order payment status is “Pending”, you can contact us to help you to change it to “Canceled”

2). If the order has already been paid but is not shipped out yet, you can contact us to cancel the order and get a full refund.

3). If the order has already been sent out, we cannot help you to cancel the order. You may choose to send back the unopened products after you've received

them and we will refund the money upon our receipt of the returned item(s).

* Please note that “tomtopvip.com does not pay the return shipping cost on returned items, and we aren’t also responsible for goods lost during shipment when no tracking service has been supplied.” After receiving the returned goods, we will process your refund within 1-3 business days.

There are two reasons why an order might not appear in your Order List.

1). The payment system encountered an error when you placed the order;

2). You placed your order as guest (without logging in to a Tomtop VIP account first).

If you encounter any of the above situations, don’t worry. First, make sure that you have completed your payment by checking your PayPal account for the payment information. Then contact us by providing the transaction ID, invoice ID or your PayPal email address and our customer service center will resolve the issue.

1). We have different warehouses, we will not combine them together and will ship from the correct warehouse separately.

2). The items are overweight and need to ship in different packages.

3). The item is out of production or stock for a long while, we may ship the rest to you 3 first. Usually in this case, we will send email to you.

Please check your email and let us know you would change to other item or get the refund.

Order Split Shipped: Check your order whether it has not been split shipped. Contact our Customer Service.

Ordered from different warehouses: If you ordered from 2 different warehouse the order will have multiple shipments.

Tomtop VIP made a mistake: On rare occasions an item maybe missed during packaging.

Parcel damaged or items removed: The package seems modified or damaged and items may have fallen out.

If you have checked, there is still something missing. Take photos of what has arrived and email what is missing to our Customer Service at support@tomtopvip.com, including your order number and a copy of the parcel declaration.

If we confirm something is missing, we'll send it out to you free of charge.

RMA is short for Return Merchandise Authorization. Customers who want to return item(s) are required to apply for a RMA. Once the RMA is authorized, customers could return the item(s) by printing the return address on the label.

Please contact our customer service via email to support@tomtopvip.com to help if we can solve the problem together first. In most cases, items can be returned within 45 days.

Please contact us before returning the item, or we will refuse to deal with it.

If you encounter quality issues within the warranty period you will be covered. Learn all about the warranty procedure. Every product has a specific warranty period. If it is not stated in the product listing, contact us via email to support@tomtopvip.com.

If it is outside of warranty we may still be able to offer repairs or replacement parts.

If your item was damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a refund after reject it. Please also provide "Proof of Damage" documentation from your courier.
